Herbed Deviled Eggs
Perk up a traditional picnic favorite with fresh herbs from your garden!
Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs, hard boiled
½ c. cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. parsley flakes
½ tsp. ground mustard
½ tsp. dill weed
½ tsp. chives, minced
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. milk
Fresh parsley
Additional paprika
Directions:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Add the next 10 ingredients; mix well. Evenly fill the whites. Garnish with parsley and paprika. Serves 12 (yield: 2 dozen eggs).
