Candied Pumpkin Seeds

This sweet treat is sure to be a hit with kids of all ages!

Ingredients:

1 c. fresh pumpkin seeds, washed and dried
¼ c. brown sugar, packed
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250° F. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and toss to blend. Transfer to a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until seeds are completely glazed. Cool completely; break into pieces. Store in airtight container. Serves 4.
