Fast and Easy Avocado Dip
This easy dip makes an excellent complement to raw veggies, tortilla chips, crackers or toasted pita slices.
Ingredients:
2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pits removed
2 C. sour cream
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 green onions with tops, sliced
1½ T. lime juice
Dash of hot sauce
Directions:
Cut avocados into sections and place them in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Chill thoroughly and serve.
