Fabulous Salsa

Always a healthy way to dress up chips, salads, or even main dishes.

Ingredients:
5 medium tomatoes
2 Serrano or jalapeño chilies
¼ medium red onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1½ Tbsp. lime juice
½ tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Quarter, seed and dice tomatoes. Seed and chop chilies (wear rubber gloves when handling hot chilies). Chop onion. Combine tomatoes, chilies, onion, garlic and cilantro in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over tomato mixture.
