Roasted Garlic Appetizer
Roasted garlic is great on crackers, toasted bread, and more!
Ingredients:
Garlic bulbs (allow ½ to one bulb per person)
Olive oil
Directions:
Bake the garlic in the oven. Remove the outer papery covering. Slice ¼-inch off the top of the garlic bulb, exposing most of the cloves. Place in a small baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Cover with foil and roast at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until garlic cloves are soft.
Squeeze cooked cloves onto your favorite bread or crackers.
