Teriyaki Flank Steak

A great steak with extra flavor.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. flank steak
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
¾ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 large garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Whisk together vinegar, oil, soy sauce, honey, onions, ginger and garlic.

Place steak in glass dish, and cover with marinade. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.

Pour marinade into a pan and bring to a boil; cook for one minute, then turn heat to medium and cook until thickened.

Broil or grill steak quickly, approximately 7 minutes per side. Slice steak thinly and cover with heated marinade.
