Agua Fresca con Papaya

Lite and fresh for any occasion.
Ingredients:
1 large papaya, peeled and cut into chunks*
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1½ cups carbonated water
Ice cubes
Directions:
In a blender, combine the papaya and lime juice; blend until smooth. Add carbonated water and ice to glasses. Stir in the fruit purée until well mixed.
*Try this recipe using other fruits such as strawberries, watermelon, kiwis, mangos or frozen juice concentrate.
