Crab Bisque
“This ‘gourmet’ bisque is really a combination of Campbell’s soups, but your guests will never know! It was a luncheon favorite of my mother’s in the ‘60s.” -Debbie, Solutions team member
Ingredients:
1 can Tomato soup
1 can Green Pea soup
1 can Beef Consommé Soup
1 pint half and half
2-3 Tbsp dry sherry
½ to 1 lb. Dungeness crab meat
Directions:
Mix soups together in a pot over medium heat until smooth. Add half and half and sherry. Reduce heat and add crab meat. Simmer on low, stirring occasionally, until ready to eat.
