Salmon Party Ball

Ingredients:
1 lb. canned salmon
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated horseradish
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horseradish and salt. Mix well and chill. Shape mixture into a ball; roll in nuts and parsley. Chill well.
