New Years Resolutions from the Solutions Team – 2008

Making resolutions for the New Year is a time-honored tradition! Here are goals for 2008 made by some of our Solutions® team members…some serious, others decidedly tongue in cheek!

My resolution is to spend more time outdoors! -Linda

I resolve to start making New Year’s Resolutions…sometime.
-Ellie
Ellie thrives under pressure, so she’ll probably wait until December to make her resolutions! -KM, Editor

Be more patient with my kids, clown around more often, and let more small stuff slide! Or, win the lottery and take the whole Solutions® team to the South Pacific! -Susan
Susan, if you only keep one resolution this year, your co-workers would definitely prefer the second one! – KM, Editor

I resolve to put more consideration into what and how I eat. No more eating in the car and less fast food. -Cheryl

I resolve to spend a few hours each month assisting our city’s less fortunate. -Carisa

I started early with my resolution, and quit smoking on December 19. So, I resolve to stay smoke-free in 2008! -Cheri
Way to go, Cheri – you rock! -KM, Editor

I resolve to spend less time inside…and more time outside. -Tom
Just as long as you take your laptop with you so you can get your work done! -KM, Editor

I will set more time aside to read more and go on more "dates" with my husband. I also want to lose weight, eat
healthier, and try to do the splits again. -Amy
Splits??!! -KM, Editor

I resolve to record a music CD this spring to satisfy my adoring fans! On a more conventional note, I resolve to clear out a boatload of storage boxes (and all the stuff in them) so we can get the second car into our garage and out of the freezing weather. -Bob

I resolve to hike up Larch Mountain [an extinct volcano near Portland, Oregon] and go camping. -Nicki

My New Year’s resolution is to train my dog Butch to stop making suggestions about the food he eats and my preparation of it. Even the dog criticizes my cooking! -John
Can anyone say “spoiled?!” -KM, Editor

My resolution is to escape the clutches of the credit card giants and establish a new world for myself and my children that is safely removed from the whirlpool of consumer debt (to wit: to pay off my credit cards). -Becky

I resolve to get back in shape. -David

I resolve to be sillier on a daily basis. -Nancy

I resolve to get organized! -Tammy
How can you NOT be organized? You work for Solutions®!! -KM, Editor
